EcoInsomniac was built with my new found respect for just how much a single person can change the world. After being truly inspired after watching video of the speakers at the TED conference and my parents Kate and David who took a trip to Peru to help build/rebuild an orphanage for an earthquake ravaged village I set up this site to give myself and others an outlet and an ability to change. My name is Jason Carpentier and through this site I will share not only my own but other passionate peoples ideas, projects, initiatives, photos and anything else I can find to hopefully inspire others to reach out even in the community around them to be part of change.
