Virgin Atlantic is doing its best to be considered the sustainable airline last week they flew the first flight with bio diesel.  While the plane ran off of what I believe was a quarter of a tank of bio diesel it was a step in the right direction and a great statement from Richard Branson’s company.  This week though Virgin Atlantic released great news out of their LAX destination.  VIP’s who are used to be picked up by stretch limos will now be picked up by GM’s new fuel cell Chevy Equinox SUV.  Virgin has inked a deal with GM to join the “Project Driveway” and be part of the test pool for the new fuel cell vehicle line.  I sure hope the VIP’s enjoy this perk as much as I would.Source: Green Daily
