I sure have!  Just about two days ago I opened my front door to be greeted by what seemed to be a small waste basket and lo and behold it was a small waste basket!  Though not just any ol’ waste basket it was a small recyclable items basket given out by the City of San Antonio Environmental Services Department.  In about a week we should receive both our 96 gallon automated garbage and recycling carts provided by the city.  One person crew collector vehicles armed with a mechanical arm will make their way around the city on designated days for certain areas (as per usual).  I hope everyone in San Antonio uses this service to its full extent.  I know we will.Pick up days are the first day of your previous scheduled pick up.  For example if you had Tuesday and Friday trash pick up Tuesday is now recycle only day and Friday is trash only days.Source: San Antonio is on a roll!
